I found an option under do not disturb which his full screen notifications which means if dnd is on you don't get the screen showing the call coming in .

I know how to pin the screen, but when I do I can still paus video on Youtube, or exit video i Messenger video call och Google Duo call. The only way to tell is to open the phone icon and view missed calls.
